Vehicle Registration / Updating Vehicle Information
You can use the below form to register your vehicle(s) with the Morris Place Condominium Association.
Note:: Residents are required to register their vehicles with the Association on an annual basis.

Note: Residents with more than two vehicles associated with their units must purchase a Special Parking Perrmit. See below for details.
Special Parking Permit
The Special Parking permit costs $300 per year and gives you the right to park one vehicle in a designated numbered reserved spot within the Special Parking Permit area on a regular basis for one year.
The cost of registering an additional vehicle is prorated. For example, if after 6 months you no longer need to use your Special Parking Permit space, you'll receive a $150 refund.
To request a Special Parking Permit, either complete the online form or download the form and send to Taylor Management. Either way, you'll need to send a check for $300 to Taylor Management.
Note: There are only 6 numbered, reserved spaces available. Permits are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
